PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2026
By Phoebe Mumbua Kivuva, of P.O. Box 67-90127, Mbumbuni in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anthony Kivuva Mwema, who died at Ngoingwa, on 26th January, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By Mutunga Nzika and Atanas Munyao Nzika, both of P.O. Box 67-90127, Mbumbuni in Kenya, the deceased’s brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Nzangi Nzika, who died at Machakos Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 19th May, 2015.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
