IN THE SENIOR PRINCIPAL MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT MUMIAS
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E280 OF 2025
By Alfred Murono Washika, of P.O. Box 160, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Washika Mola, who died on 15th October, 2008.
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By Frasciska Akoth Wetsota, Esther Adhiambo Mukhwana and Gregory Petro Kisiangani, all of P.O. Box 901, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okana Simbaui, who died on 18th January, 1970.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
