TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By Sophia Andeo Odemba, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aggrey Adunga Etole, who died at Friends Lugulu Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 4th September, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2026
By Godfrey Remmy Makokha, of P.O. Box 51, Bulimbo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vincent Makokha Mukhengii, who died on 24th July, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2026
By Godrick Lukendo Wechuli, of P.O. Box 901, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanjala Wechuli, who died on 13th June, 1969.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
