PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E403 OF 2025
By Shadrack Ogada Orimbo, Paul Ondu Orimbo and John Juma Orimbo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Orimbo Bete, who died on 12th August, 1986.
CAUSE NO. E411 OF 2025
By Dorothy Ayako Omire and Winnie Cibil Obuya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maxwell Obuya Onyisi, who died at Konya, on 2nd November, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2026
By Vincent Odhiambo Oswe, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cornel Matete, who died at Mayenya, on 25th May, 1982.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
