IN THE SENIOR PRINCIPAL MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT MADIANY
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E277 OF 2025
By Japheth Odalo Ochuka, of P.O. Box 84, Ragengni in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Ochuka, who died at Ochieng’a, on 11th April, 1993.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
