IN THE PRINCIPAL MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT SIAYA
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E560 OF 2025
By Arnest Amimo Were, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Were, who died at Ramula Sub-location, on 6th September, 1972.
CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2026
By Carolyne Atieno Amoth, of P.O. Box 11-40608, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Amoth Otieno, who died at Kaugagi Udenda, on 20th June, 2004.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
