TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2025
By Peter Nganga Octavio, of P.O. Box 150-80503, Mpeketoni in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Octavio Gichuki Kimita, who died at Baharini, on 15th January, 2001.
CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2025
By Naomi Wangcei Muigai, c/o P.O. Box 84-80500, Lamu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Kimondo Maina, who died at Mpeketoni, on 27th January, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2025
By Benard Muriithi Wachira, of P.O. Box 300-80503, Mpeketoni in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gladys Nyaitaha Muceke alias Gladys Nyaitaha alias Gladys Nyaitaha Mucheke, who died on 3rd November, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2025
By (1) Esther Njeri Kuria and (2) Joseph Kimani Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 300-80503, Mpeketoni in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cyrus Njuguna Kimani, who died at Sinambio, on 20th July, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
