TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2026
By Eliud Kwome Budoyi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hosea Budoyi Okochi alias Hosea Budoi, who died on 1st December, 1988.
CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2026
By Jeremia Haudo Zablon, of P.O. Box 23, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zablon Ouma Petro Madara, who died on 7th March, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2026
By Thomas Okuku Egondi, of P.O. Box 23, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanyama Simukhu Odunga, who died on 25th April, 2015.

By Samuel Otieno Omondi, of P.O. Box 23, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Oduor Okello alias Michael Okelo, who died on 25th February, 1989.

By (1) Godfrey Okhongo, (2) Carl Rudolf Namde Wandera and (3) Roy Martin Ganga, all of P.O. Box 23, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandsons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Wandera Were, who died on 10th June, 1974.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
