PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2025
By (1) Ashah Wambui Kimani, (2) Thuwaiba Njoki Shaban, (3) Zuhura Nyambura Shaban and (4) Abdul Ghafar Shaaban Salim, all of P.O. Box 47181-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, daughters and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shaban Salim Karanja alias Shabaan Salim Karanja alias Shaaban Salim, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 12th September, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
