TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2024
By Dancan Kandu, of P.O. Box 555–00204, Athi River in Kenya,
for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pamela
Minodi, who died on 11th February, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2025
By (1) Jimmy Mbugua Maithori and (2) Francis Njuguna Maithori,
both of P.O. Box 71–00204, Athi River in Kenya, for a grant of letters
of administration intestate to the estate of John Maithori Mbugua, who
died on 20th September, 2011.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
