PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2025
By John Kakenga Kyondo, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muia Peter alias
Muiya Kyundo Sila, who died at Mwingi Hospital in Kenya, on 4th
November, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2025
By (1) Esther Mumbe Mati and (2) Titus Musyoka Kilonzi, both of
P.O. Box 265–90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and
brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of David Kilonzi alias David Maluki Kilonzi, who died at
Katumba, on 23rd March, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
