TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E447 OF 2024
By (1) Kenneth Clayton Otieno Mudany and (2) Antony Otieno
Mudany, the deceased’s widower and son, respectively, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Calcine Adhiambo
Oduor, who died on 3rd January, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E360 OF 2025
By Ibrahim Owino Nanda, of P.O. Box 21, Siaya in Kenya, the
deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Nandi Ndany alias Joseph Nanda Ndanyi, who died at
Mahola, Ulawe Sub-location, on 15th March, 1989.
CAUSE NO. E459 OF 2025
By Benard Owiti Omogo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters
of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Omogo Opiyo, who
died on 5th June, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
