CAUSE NO. E530 OF 2025
By Moses Kipngetich Kalya, of P.O. Box 688, Kericho in Kenya, for
a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprotich
Kalya, who died on 16th September, 1984.
CAUSE NO. E573 OF 2025
By (1) Roseline Chelangat Ngeny and (2) David Kipkemoi Chirchir,
both of P.O. Box 5-20217, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Simon Cheruiyot Chirchir alias
Simion Cheruiyot A. Chirchir, who died at Kimugul, Kericho, on 10th
September, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E576 OF 2025
By (1) Annah Chepkemoi Mitei and (2) Philip Maritim, both of P.O.
Box 19, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Kimitei Bii, who died on 12th June, 1972.

By Jeneffer Terer, of P.O. Box 59, Kiptere in Kenya, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ludia Cherotich Terer
alias Cherotich w/o A. Terer, who died on 9th July, 1993.
CAUSE NO. E591 OF 2025
By (1) Stephen Kipyegon Cheruiyot and (2) Andrew Kipchirchir
Cheruiyot, both of P.O. Box 58, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Kipkemoi arap Keter, who died
on 23rd June, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
