TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E259 OF 2025
By Philisila Yembu Kaburu, of P.O. Box 24, Ishiara in Kenya, the
deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Mutua Kiumba alias Mutwa Kiomba, who died at
Iriaitune Sub-location, on 7th May, 1986.
CAUSE NO. E278 OF 2025
By Jemister Wanthiga Njeru, of P.O. Box 35, Siakago in Kenya,
the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate
to the estate of Felicio Njeru Ngungi, who died at Siakago, Mbeere, on
17th April, 2023.

By Elias Nthiga Ireri, of P.O. Box 36, Ishiara in Kenya, the
deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Ireri Mwarania, who died at Nguthi Sub-location, on 23rd
October, 2008.

By John Ireri Njira, of P.O. Box 55, Ishiara in Kenya, the
deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Paulino Njira Njeru alias Njira Njeru, who died at Ngura,
Mbeere, on 9th August, 2006.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
