CAUSE NO. E368 OF 2025
By Emmaculate Awino Abade, of P.O. Box 27–40301, Kendu Bay
in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Abade Gaya alias Jacob Bade
Gaya, who died at Kobala, on 9th November, 1989.
CAUSE NO. E369 OF 2025
By (1) Benard Odhiambo Ohuru and (2) Samwel Otieno Nyakina,
both of P.O. Box 27–40301, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s son
and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Nyakina Akuno, who died at Kajiei Sublocation,
on 14th June, 1994.

By Siprosa Odongo Okuta, of P.O. Box 121–40301, Kendu Bay in
Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Okuta Njoga alias Joseph Okuta Njoga, who

in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Alexius Onyango Odidi alias Onyango Odidi,
who died at Koredo Sub-location, on 19th April, 2002.

By William Nyakaka Odidi, of P.O. Box 277–40301, Kendu Bay
in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Daniel Odidi Ouko alias Odidi Ouko alias
Ododo Ouko, who died at Kokoth “B” Sub-location, on 16th April,
1992.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
