TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E474 OF 2025
By (1) Stephen Ndirangu Wahome and (2) Catherine Wanjira
Wahome, both of P.O. Box 30, Giakanja in Kenya, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Wahome
Karimi alias Mutero s/o Karimi, who died at Kanjora, on 18th June,
1994.
CAUSE NO. E492 OF 2025
By Irene Kagure Muiga, of P.O. Box 540, Nyeri in Kenya, for a
grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy
Nyambura Muiga alias Rose Kabura, who died at Provincial General
Hospital, Nyeri in Kenya, on 25th July, 1988.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
