By Muia Mbaluka, of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the
deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Willy Mbaluka Kalinga, who died at Kitui, on 29th March,
2017.
CAUSE NO. E323 OF 2025
By Kavinya Mwendwa, of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the
deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Kandau Mwendwa, who died at Kitui, on 19th
January, 2012.

the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate
to the estate of Mutanya Mulwa Ngunga alias Mutania Mulwa Ngunga,
who died at Kitui, on 9th June, 2018.

By Italu Kilonzi, of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the
deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of David Kilonzi Nguu alias Kilonzi Nguu, who died at Kitui, on
4th June, 1979.
CAUSE NO. E466 OF 2025
By (1) Magdalene Kanini Michael and (2) Dorcas Mukewa
Mukungua, both of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s
grandchildren, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Syonguu Mulatya, who died at Kitui, on 27th December, 1996.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
