PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2026
By (1) Nahashon Kiplagat Rono, (2) Nelson Kibet Rono, (3) Wesley Kipkosgei Rono and (4) Nelly Jelimo Biama, all of P.O. Box 3061-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, through Messrs. Mukabane & Kagunza, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sena Tarkwen Biama, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 8th February, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
