By Agnes Mitei, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simion Kipkemoi Mitei, who died on 18th June, 2002.
CAUSE NO. E578 OF 2025
By (1) David Cheruiyot Ngeno and (2) Joseph Cheruiyot Sow, both of P.O. Box 19-20200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Sow Kebembe alias Sowere Kere, who died on 22nd June, 2017.

By (1) Martin Kipyegon Kirui and (2) Kirui Kibet Nicholas, both of P.O. Box 121, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leah Chepngetch Koske, who died on 3rd April, 2005.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
