TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E87 OF 2025
By Azim Abdulla Mohamed Kanji, of P.O. Box 688-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Malek Sultan Abdulla Mohamed Kanji alias Malek Sultan Kanji, who died at Agah Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 31st July, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026
By Magret Awuor Ojuang, of P.O. Box 2104, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Oda Obiero, who died at KEDH.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
