TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2026
By Leah Chepkoske Langat, of P.O. Box 44, Londiani in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Kipleglo Langat, who died at Borborwent, on 18th March, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2026
By (1) Selina Cherotich Enole Mootian and (2) Emily Cherutich, both of P.O. Box 217, Rongai in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marthai Talah Reuben, who died at Tegat, on 25th March, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
