PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E131 OF 2026
By (1) Pennina Kathie M. Onzere Tsisaga, (2) Emmanuel Tsisaga and (3) Mercy Teresa Aleyo Tsisaga, all of P.O. Box 1739, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Solomon Onzere Tsisaga, who died at St. Elizabeth Mukumu Hospital in Kenya, on 27th November, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E551 OF 2026
By Abner Khayumbi Ingosi, of P.O. Box 731, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Telesa Mbaraka, who died at Malinya, on 18th August, 1978.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
