CAUSE NO. E439 OF 2024
By Mathias Omondi Ochieng, of P.O. Box 210, Butula in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petro Ochieng Wanzala alias Ochieng’i Wanzala Kokonya, who died at Namusala Sub-location, on 6th September, 2001.
CAUSE NO. E183 OF 2026
By Obota Bonface Ondwasi, of P.O. Box 210, Butula in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ondwasi Omondi, who died at Burinda Sub-location, on 24th April, 2000.
CAUSE NO. E245 OF 2026
By Lawrence Chero Omondi, of P.O. Box 68, Nambale in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fanis Namenge Omondi, who died at Nambale Sub-location, on 13th December, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
