TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E228 OF 2025
By Veronica Muthoni Chege, of P.O. Box 120, Limuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muchiri Chege, who died at Nderu, Makutano, on 16th June, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E122 OF 2026
By Anne Wambui Gitungo, of P.O. Box 74375-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Florence Muthoni Gitungo, who died at P.C.E.A., Kikuyu Hospital in Kenya, on 17th April, 2026.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
