By Winnie Wanjiru Gakuna, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Danson Ndichu Kabocha, who died at Makati City, Philippines, on 29th November, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2026
By (1) Hellen Kioro and (2) George Kiarii Kinyua, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kinyua Kiarii, who died at Gatong’ora, on 7th March, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2026
By Anne Mwikali Kitoti, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Morris Muiruri Maina alias Morris Maina, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 29th December, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E87 OF 2026
By (1) Zaweria Wanjiru Karuri, (2) Ivan Mutuma Mugambi, (3) Raphael Mwaura Muttika and (4) Francis Gichia Mwaniki, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Muttika Mwaniki, who died on 11th April, 2016.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
