TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2025
By Paul Muhoro Kihara, of P.O. Box 13624, Nakuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Serah Wanjira Kihara, who died at Milimani Racecourse, on 27th January, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2026
By (1) Njoki Ng’ang’a and (2) Naftaly Ng’ang’a, both of P.O. Box 80-20302, Ol Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Mbuthia Mucheru, who died at Gichaka, on 1st August, 2016.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
