TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2026
By (1) Elizabeth Wacheke Kinyanjui and (2) Salome Wanjiru Wanguirubi, both of P.O. Box 80-20302, Ol Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Wanguirubi Mathea, who died at Lifelink Medicare, on 7th June, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E102 OF 2026
By Eunice Wanjiru Kariuki, of P.O. Box 44-20306, Ndaragwa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Kariuki Wambugu, who died at NCRH, Laikipia, on 2nd January, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
