CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2026
By Esther Wambura Kamami, of P.O. Box 53, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbiti Mwea Chomba, who died at Kanyei, on 17th April, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E173 OF 2026
By (1) Nanzalena Wamaitha Wachira and (2) Symon Ngari Muriuki, both of P.O. Box 43, Kutus in Kenya, the deceased’s sister and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Nyaga Muriuki, who died at Kamigua, on 26th April, 2026.

By Caroline Wamuyu Karugumi, of P.O. Box 64, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Karuana Karugumi, who died at A.C.K., Mt. Kenya Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd September, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
