TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:

By Florence Wanjiku Kariuki, of P.O. Box 2070, Gilgil in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kariuki Njoroge, who died at Joseph Rift Valley Hospital in Kenya, on 24th July, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E127 OF 2025
By Jane Wanjiku Mwangi, of P.O. Box 79, Miharati in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Mwangi Kamau, who died at J. M. Kariuki Hospital in Kenya, on 24th January, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
