TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E120 OF 2026
By James Maundu Mutune, of P.O. Box 1911-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anastacia Mumbe Nzambu, who died at Life Care Hospital in Kenya, on 26th December, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E122 OF 2026
By Beatrice Wanjiru, of P.O. Box 11, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Muigai Githiga, who died at Kinale, on 20th February, 2009.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
