TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2026
By David Kimathi Kithinji, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elias Kithinji M’Thuura, who died at St. Anne Hospital in Kenya, on 29th August, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2026
By Stephen Mutugi Mutegi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Mbu M’Munyugi, who died at Kirendene, on 6th October, 2005.
CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2026
By Patrick Muthuri Muriuki, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Festus Muriuki M’Tuaruchi, alias Festus Muriuki M’Tuarachi, who died on 17th March, 2012.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
