CAUSE NO. E251 OF 2024
By Pamela Waithera Macharia, of P.O. Box 1893-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Macharia Ndung’u, who died at Kithoka, on 3rd February, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2025
By (1) Christine Mwendwa Mathiu and (2) Grace Kagendo Muthamia, both of P.O. Box 21694-01100, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Muthamia Kiambati, who died at Ruiri, on 2nd May, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E206 OF 2025
By Agnes Kanja Ringera, of P.O. Box 1568-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Murerwa Mborogi, who died at Katheri Sub-location, on 29th March, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
