TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E82 OF 2026
By (1) Francis Muthuri Itonga and (2) Elias Mwenda M’Itonga, both of P.O. Box 305-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Itonga M’Ibuutu, who died at Runkuru, on 15th January, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E136 OF 2026
By Simon M’Igweta M’Mutungi, of P.O. Box 703-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sarah Gachure M’Mutungi, who died at Kaaga Sub-location, on 19th March, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E138 OF 2026
By Rael Ndururu M’Kumbuku, of P.O. Box 703-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Rukunga M’Nchene alias Joel M’Rukunga, who died at Cottolengo Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 20th June, 2000.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
