TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2026
By Jeremiah Mborio M’Ananga, of P.O. Box 149-60600, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Ananga M’Linyiru alias Ananga Linyiru, who died at Itulu, on 16th October, 2008.
CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2026
By Kaberia Birithu, of P.O. Box 106-60600, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Birithu Mirithu alias M Birithu Mirithu, who died at Liburu, on 9th September, 2008.
CAUSE NO. E120 OF 2026
By Festus M’Mauta Merimba, of P.O. Box 149-60600, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Itiame M’Etharu, who died at Meru, on 3rd September, 1986.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
