IN THE CHIEF MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT KANGUNDO
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2025
By (1) John Kioko Makau and (2) Patrick Kimanthi Maingi, both of P.O. Box 272-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson and great grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaswii Malusyu alias Kaswii, who died at Kalandini Sublocation, on 6th December, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2026
By (1) Anderson Wambua Mutua and (2) Lincoln Muasya Mutua, both of P.O. Box 550-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mutua Kyuma, who died at Sengani, on 31st December, 2000.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
