TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E105 OF 2025
By Dalton Helena Chelel, the deceased’s spouse, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lackey Douglas Eugene, who died at Aga Khan University Hospital in Kenya, on 21st December, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2026
By (1) Fridah Ntinyari Tait, (2) Benjamin Lepilal Tait and (3) Philip Lemaron Tait, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tait Pesipesi Tumuti, who died in Apollo Hospital, New Delhi, India, on 23rd June, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2026
By Patrick Sila Mutiso, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Colin Mulwa Mweu, who died at Avenue Hospital in Kenya, on 31st January, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2026
By (1) Kanyet ene Nkaayia and (2) Timothy Solonka Nkaayia, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nkaayia Loontareto Nette, who died at Orkeriari, on 12th May, 2005.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
