TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E146 OF 2026
By Erick Omondi Odira, of P.O. 241-40400, Migori in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Odira, who died on 13th May, 2000.
CAUSE NO. E261 OF 2026
By Steve Biko Otieno, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Abuya Opondo, who died at Lower Karao Sub-location, on 7th November, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
