TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2025
By David Anyega Motuka, of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aloys Motuka Anyega alias Motuka Anyega, who died on 12th September, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E506 OF 2025
By (1) Christopher Mamwaka Bibao and (2) Thomas Mbuya Nyanagu, both of P.O. Box 858-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Krimensia Osebe Bibao, who died at Bogitaa, on 1st October, 2016.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
