TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2025
By (1) Rachel Muhakye Malembi and (2) Esther Medza Chivumbe, both of P.O. Box 16-80405, Kinango in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Harrison Chivumbe, who died at Magogoni, on 12th May, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2026
By James Mutiso Mbaluka, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbaluka Mbatha, who died at Manyatta, Mwaluvanga, on 22nd December, 2006.

By Eunice Ndunge Muli, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutiso Muli, who died at Mabafweni Village, on 10th October, 1992.
CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2026
By (1) Ruth Nduku Mateli and (2) Morris Nzyoka Mulu, both of P.O. Box 99110-80107, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Muli Mwai, who died at Msambweni Hospital in Kenya, on 18th November, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2026
By Ngati Mutua, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Maingi Ngati alias Raphael Maingi Gati, who died at Dzombo Location, on 17th September, 2016.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
