TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO.E71 OF 2026
By Annepegegy Wamuyu Ndirangu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Ndirangu Njagi, who died at Diani Beach Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd April, 2025.
CAUSE NO.E81 OF 2026
By Mary Njoki Njau, the deceased’s spouse, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Njau Ngugi, who died on 9th December, 2025.
CAUSE NO.E82 OF 2026
By Stephen Ndang’atha Kabu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kabu Ributhu Gathariki, who died at Kinara Sub-location, on 5th May, 1991.
CAUSE NO.E83 OF 2026
By James Mbugua Nganga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kinyua Mbugua, who died at Karariga, on 24th March, 2017.
CAUSE NO.E84 OF 2026
By (1) Teresia Muthoni Mwangi and (2) Peter Muchoki Mwangi, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Mwangi Wachira, who died at Siron, on 2nd September, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
