By Elvis Billy Odhiambo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Nzavaye Agama, who died at Ikumba, Vihiga, on 9th December, 1998.
CAUSE NO.E42 OF 2026
By Hellen Engesia Asava, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Asava Lisaka, who died at Vihiga, on 15th October, 2011.

By Silfano Okwomi Osieko, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Osieko Sitandi alias Osieko Sitandi, who died at Emmukola Sub- location, on 13th February, 2014.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
