TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO.E265 OF 2026
By (1) Tobias Omusale Oriedo and (2) Agrebina Shitsulu Magachia, the deceased’s son and daughter- in- law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josphat Otinga Siloba alia Otinga Siloba, who died at Esianda, on 21st November, 1988.
CAUSE NO.E268 OF 2026
By Francis Amwayi Amukhale, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pure Matende Amukhale alias Abeneco Matende, who died at Esianda Sub- location, on 1st July, 2000.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
