TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO.E125 OF 2026
By (1) Saline Anyango Magambo and (2) Lilian Auma Mohamed, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Antina Mohamed Amisi alias Antina Mohammed Amisi Mohammed Amisi, who died on 24th October, 2015.
CAUSE NO.E128 OF 2026
By Samuel Ouma Omoro, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shelemia Omoro Kembe alias Sheelmia Omoro Kembe alias Selemia Omoro, who died on 2nd April, 2008.
CAUSE NO.E129 OF 2026
By Mary Ajwang Agengo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Agengo Oluoch, who died on 17th May, 2006.

By Francis Weke Onyango, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Onyango Ombogo alias John Omboga, who died on 28th September, 2009.

CAUSE NO.E134 OF 2026
By Goerge Alfred Ogola, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Orwa Ajuoga alias Patric Orwa, who died on 21st April, 1988.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
