By Daniel Kimaiyo A. Busienei, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jemaiyo Chebuja, who died at Kamungei, on 8th January, 1995.
CAUSE NO.E23 OF 2026
By Colleta Chepkemboi, P.O.Box 678-30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Arthur Kandie Limo, who died at Reale Hospital in Kenya, on 19th January, 2022.
CAUSE NO.E24 OF 2026
By (1) Emily Jelagat Chumba and (2) William Kiptoo Koros, both P.O.Box 3223-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkoros Chumba Kabuken, who died at Laboret Sub-location, on 19th June, 2013.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
