IN THE HIGH COURT OF KENYA AT KAJIADO
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2026
By (1) Mercy Wambui Muiruri and (2) Susan Wanja Ng’ang’a, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ng’ang’a Muiruri alias Joseph N. Muiruri, who died at Aga Khan University Hospital in Kenya, on 21st December, 2025.
By Samson Tirike Seketian, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Senketian ole Sakunda, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 8th June, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
