TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E595 OF 2024
By (1) Maria Kaluki Maingi and (2) Yasmin Wangechi Mohammed, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, through Messrs. Gilbert Marube & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohammed Said, late of Westlands, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd March, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E567 OF 2025
By (1) Kevin Kiaraho Gatambia, (2) Andrew Wanyoike Gatambia and (3) Papetua Nyatuga Gatambia, all of P.O. Box 2494-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Gatambia Kiaraho, late of Kabete, Kiambu, who died at M.P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 10th July, 2000.

By (1) Serah Waiwe Mutune and (2) Nicholas Mutua Mutuku, both of P.O. Box 51-9013, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kennedy Mutuku Mutua, late of Machakos, who died along Kangundo Road Junction, Komarock, on 2nd May, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E214 OF 2026
By (1) Bethsheba Abicha Ndege and (2) Paul Momanyi Ndege, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josephine Momanyi, late of Kileleshwa, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 11th January, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
