TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2026
By Catherine Karinthoni Julius, of P.O. Box 703-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Kirinde Muketha, who died at Muruguma Sub-location, on 1st December, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2026
By Beatrice Makandi Taramba, of P.O. Box 703-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obed Kirimi, who died at Kaburine Sub-location, on 24th November, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2026
By Daniel Gikunda Mugambi, of P.O. Box 3295-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Erustus Mugambi M’Itiria, who died at Nkando Sub-location, on 16th November, 2016.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
