PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E358 OF 2025
By (1) Anne Okello and (2) Moses Omondi Okello, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Joseph Okello Abajah, who died at Nyajuok, Siaya, on 12th October, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E207 OF 2026
By George Ochieng Onyango, of P.O. Box 83-40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Onyango alias Alfred Onyango Ogutu, who died on 6th June, 2002.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
