TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E225 OF 2026
By Beldina Aoko Arunga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elseba Awino Masobu, who died at Tagache, on 7th February, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E246 OF 2026
By Alex Aura Ohany, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilbertus Oloo Makedi alias Oloo Makedi, who died on 10th May, 1975.
CAUSE NO. E247 OF 2026
By Charles Ochieng Oching, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oloo Misori, who died on 15th July, 1984.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
