TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:

By Bernard Kipkorir Chelimo, of P.O. Box 3415-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Chepkonga Anthony, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 15th November, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E201 OF 2026
By Leah Jepkurgat, of P.O. Box 4375-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimwaro Lagat, who died at Lengut, on 10th April, 1997.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
